either orb or blizzard, shard, twitch, full irathas, ward or 3x pdiamond shield, preferably tower, 2x whatever rare fcr rings you find along the way, hotspurs if you can get them, rare boots if you can't
15-20 teleport and 20 into primary skill + 20 cold mastery are the minimum to be able to rush, 1 point into static + nova, maybe 1 mastery, is enough to kill toorc. Its almost always faster to either ignore, facetank, lure away or remake a game for cold immune a2 monsters inside the viper altar or the tomb, but if its just a handful its helpful to have ~5-7 firewall / 1 mastery to be able to kill them with static (even 1 point firewall fully disables monster regeneration, damage on top of that speeds up the kill).
you should be able to clear like 75% of rushes without even using firewall a single time, but its a nice thing to have available.
frozen orb is better for clearing some chaff in norm/nm faster, while blizzard is arguably better at doing hell council, but either skill will do everything at a reasonable pace.
