awesome item

I like it, cheap frenzy weapon while gearing a hc barb. The ed vs cost is great. It also helps hit lvl 27 & 30? bp frenzy with Arreats & x2 PB which wasn't really doable before without skillers.

will be only used in 1 situation imo

early ladder stage, you're eiter making a zealer or barb builds and don't want waste your pul and mal in a oath
so you'll make UW to keep grinding 'til oath aaaand thats it. =P

"new content" (this is a rejected runeword afaik, but they are releasing, you know why..) = hype = pvm ppl anxious = blizzard wins

imo obedience is better for 2h builds but this could fill a nice niche for 1h weapon to get through hell, if you didn't get lucky with a butchers pupil or something

i really dont get why it has ctc taunt. am i stupid? if you/merc strike a monsters it's surely already right in your face or your mercs face, right?
