1 Point in Smite and 1 point in Fanaticism (1 Off Aura GC + Guardian's gets me to level 3 Fana, although I don't think going from 2 Fana to 3 Fana makes any difference)


1) I don't have CTA switch, so life isn't very high. Should I put in dex for max block or just go max vita? Holy Shield will only have 8-9 points in it. Or, how much life should I have minimum?

2) Should I use treachery to get a few more IAS breakpoints (to help with Life Tap?) or just use it as pre-buff and then switch to Guardian for res?

What type of paladin is this normally?

Just stack crushing blow, res and life tap. As long as you can take 1 hit from meph at a time you’ll be fine. Can use salvation or light res vs meph then switch to fanat

Prebuff with treach then switch, make sure you maintain max res under meph’s conviction aura

Full Hammerdin other than 1 point in Fana.

I’ve done it may times on hdin totes doable (1pt smite/holy shield/fanat)

Yes, I know it's doable my man (even with worse gear than I have) but that doesn't answer my questions

I didn’t actually read your whole post lol

1) always mb on paladin
2) doesn’t matter, leave it on or don’t, if you have aura to give u res you don’t even need to prebuff.

Dracs will be a big QOL change though, having to recast lifetap will probably get you killed.

I do have Drac's, just worried that I won't have enough IAS to proc LT without Treachery 'cause I have no other source of IAS.
