AMAZON

-Impale slows and doesn't need AR
-Fend now faster in animation
-Casting delays after Valkyrie gone

ASSASSIN
-Blanket Martial Arts buff
-Finishers consume only 1 charge at a time instead of all 3

-Lightning and Fire traps, freeing up synergies, less reliance on Death Sentry
-Fire Traps more viable in Hell
-Blade skills receiving improvements; more synergies, less delays, buff damage
BARBARIAN
-Singers buffed
-Leaps improved; faster
-Berserk synergy to Shout changing to Battle Orders
-Throwbarians, pierce chance to throwing mastery, double throw buffed
-Frenzy synergy with increased stamina
-Whirlwind not buffed or changed, but it's being looked at; hard to balance b/c of how it works
DRUID
-Phys damage buffed on fire skills
-Arctic blast buffed
-Synergies freed up
-Shapeshift forms can cast elemental buffs
-Werewolf increased AR
-Werebear higher damage
-Fire Claws reduced synergy tax
-Summons won't have hidden randomized health value
-Ravens big changes, damage and synergies
-Wolves improvements, identity as damage dealing
-Spirits phys damage resist change to help them survive
-Spirit of barbs increasing thorns damage
-Creepers receiving various improvements
-Druid the most changed
-Spirit wolves cold damage instead of phys damage
-Multiple summons not off the table, but not currently planned
NECROMANCER
-Skeletal mages big damage scaling
-Blood/fire golem buffing
-Iron golem, better thorns
-Bone buffed lategame
-Bone armor improved, better scaling
-Weaken curse, more scaling
-Curses are 1 point wonders, they want to have them be worthy of investment
-No plan to reduce game-start summonmancer tax
PALADIN
-Holy Bolt pierces, better synergy
-FoH holy bolt pierces, less casting delays, improved controls
-Better scaling for offensive auras, damage based on range to caster
-No planned change to Conversion
-Paladin in a pretty good place
SORCERESS
-In a good place
-Cold armors diversified
-Frost Nova improved
-Some Fire & Lightning skills improved, better synergies
-Inferno improved, Blaze improved, Hydra improved
-Nova improved scaling, thunderstorm synergy, static field synergy
-Thunderstorm changes in the works, not teaseable currently
MERCENARIES
-Improvements to all non-Act II
-New Runewords made with non-act II in mind
-Act II not nerfed
-Act I new ranged skills with aoe damage effectiveness
-Act II auras not difficulty-restricted
-Act II thorns improvements
-Act III buffed, elemental fantasy
-Act V gets Battle Cry, improved hp/def
RUNEWORDS
-Adding RW that complement merc and skill changes
-Use for underused runes
-RW: Plague and Pattern with slight tweaks, those are just two, there are more
-Midgame runewords (~lv 40-60)
SETS
-Update underperfoming items
-Bul Kathos set improved
-Naj improved
-"Don't think of this as Diablo 3 sets," "to put the mind at ease"
ZONE CHANGES
-Some option zones increased in level, like Arachnid Lair, for TC87
-Can't skip Act 3 with a Durance waypoint from a friend
Q&A/GENERAL
-Thorns based on attacker's attack attempts, not on getting hit
-Diablo Clone, Actively looking at to redesign to bring it to the larger audience
-Character slots, not planned but they're listening
-They're expecting significant meta shaking
-Not planning "at this time" on new bosses or endgame content
-Two-handers and heavy armors are underused, they know this, more can be done but nothing now
-New stash tabs, not today, it's an eternal question, they're aware of the requests
-They're doing a lot with spam/spambot management
-Some stuff will be changed in Classic
-New uniques not planned, changing uniques not planned
-Nothing planned for crafting changes
-Can up set items
-Rune/currency stacking, won't ever allow it; but there may be a currency stash tab in some distant future
-Loot filters they want to do right, so a future thing maybe
-PvP will be shaken up, PTR will tell much
-Always working on bugfixes, they've got a big list
