I'm genuinely curious as to why this is the case. All else being equal between the two pictures except for the helm, I was comparing the mana difference between shaco and this circlet, but shaco seems to show more mana on the card yet gives me less mana when equipped. Does anyone know why?

+life/mana per clvl isn't affected by items and skills than gives +life%/mana%.

Ahhhh, so the shaco's 136 isn't being buffed by other % effects whereas the flat 83 is!



I used the same level bo for both of them so I guess the difference comes down to how shaco's mana per level interacts with other mana % effects
