Hi, isnt Ars Dul Mephistos kinda overrated? I mean 30fcr -20mr ones sell for +5k fg..... Is it really worth it? What do you think? On the other trading site aka t****e, some people sell for 40 jah or more, on ladder!! What's wrong with them? (No one buys for that price ofc), but to the point: Why is it so expensive?

It's expensive because it is BiS for any magic build and has variable rolls on all the important stats (FCR, -res, ED%)

That’s pretty much the only good option for a few builds:
ES magic
ES phys
ES hybrid
Cleave (all variations)
Abyss

The item is kinda rare, but the real price factor is because there are so many variable stats.

Anyway… like always, price/demand… it doesn’t matter how much you ask for, what matters is how much you actually buy/sell for… and that data is often invisible to people looking at the market.

But who am I to talk about that… I don’t even trade, my only fun left is to SSF… so don’t listen to me

There is nothing better and a perfect roll is rare and the item itself is rare and you need certain high rolls to hit fcr bp

Yeah that's true, the variables are kinda crazy... Makes sense

any item worth over 1-2k fg that isn’t 100% perfect collectible is usually for pvp reasons

yea.. bis for that slot , even more when they force u to use a book for 2h wep, basically u have no choice but to use this
imagine 90% of the warlock exist must use meph/diabolos book ( other 10% might use splendor or rhyme )
