Perfect gems drop in games I just had one drop in a terror zoned normal Baal run at wsk2

I had something funny happen the other day. I remembered one of the first days playing legacy, I had a tome drop. I don't remember ever having it drop again until about 2 weeks ago. I thought that memory was incorrect and just due to being a dumb kid. There are bookshelfs on the wall apparently in act 1 where the tome can drop lol. I guess I just misclicked it while watching TV and trying to farm on my other screen.

They should change it so perfect gems can drop from certain mlvls+
