New player sorry for such a dumb question

Does it solely rely on fcr and weapon speed and ethereal doesn’t matter? You can use something slow speed and eth and it scales with fcr? Thanks for time

Only scales with fcr. Can use eth weapons. Does not convey status effects like slow, also no crushing blow. Deadly strike works though. Magic es is still a top tier build
