What would be a great build to use for him

All bind demon go bind heph summon 2 defilers clear all game easy

Bind demon , summon tainted , boiled blood

Do you have a fire sunder charm? Do you have a buriza, demon machine, Cham rune?


If the answer is no to all of the above, go abyss or some version of echoing strike, or a demon build

Got enigma? If not, make a fire lock, if you do, make a bow lock

20 mastery 20 bind 20 boil 20 blood oath 20 engorge. Bind Demon lancer lady from Act 5 cursed TZ until you get her Holy Freeze cursed. She can wreck the game and you can also spam blood boil and engorge. Gets better as your gear gets better for the blood boil portion. Doesn't need skillers torch etc they just help
