some chars obviously benefit a lot more than others, fire sorc and light sorc seem to barely benefit at all, while blizz sorc gets a good chunk of % damage

personally i feel like BVC got a huge buff (-10% dr charm, -10% dr jewel with 10-30 dmg, gheeds wager belt is also absolutely insane for bvc)

what other stuff is out there that you feel like got a huge buff? as in more than average

i thought about that too but you gotta have knockback somehow,

i saw some opening for dungo setup and still maintain 95 ias, but when forced to use giant skull you can't really hit it

i guess maybe a giant skull setup with 65 ias could work with shadow bow (fort,, faith sb, horazon boots/gloves, cats eye, protector + 15 ias 15 max in giant skull)

not the best frw though, but doesnt seem awful

Not really your question but the inverse: I'm dumpstering hdins now since magic resist exists in meaningful amounts and afaik do not have the same phys reduction caps.

You can make a 4k life zealot that can tank a 2h zerk barb hit

Any char that does physical damage. The -10 or -20dr restricts a lot of gear choices for the opponent.
