Obsession + Ars'dul mephistos is what I go with atm, it works really well blasting through 96tz

I haven't tried the other build since it was nerfed to the ground this season, so +all skills is the best when it comes to the hex:purge build.
If you play echoing strike +20 hard points idk how bad that is in reality....


I do tons of dmg with only around 100 hard points on dex, idk that may be too much but it's what I go with. dex gives you some attack rating... .and then I have a ring that gives 110ar.

that works, but in case you decide to play the purge build you might want to try to get 125fcr as well for smooth teleportation. Typically you need both rings with fcr, but fcr+ar+ll+res rings aren't that expensive, look around and you'll find some.
When I say purge build I mean 1point on echoing strike and 20 points on purge, check maxroll for details
