are latent sunders supposed to always roll -70 once renewed? (black cleft -45/bone break -10 being the exceptions)


I ask because I have one that I picked up in a pack ages ago that only rolled to -75 so wasn't sure.

Yes, they are fixed stats and will always roll that %.

yah supposedly was a hotfix or something early on and those that were rolled before that could roll otherwise
