Cold sorc Nvr needed more dmg. Get the sunder with the highest mf instead

There are a few different factors to determine if +cold dmg is better than -cold res.
What monsters you are farming, what P lvl you are in, your current +cold skill and -cold res levels.

Typically, +cold dmg will be more beneficial than -cold dmg.
