How often does the ik set shatter corpses when killed?

Want to use but can I still hork a lot?

20% chance to shatter if the enemy dies while chilled/frozen.

From my experience of playing an iceblink barb for years, it's 100% for freezing.

dont play that full set in d2r...

they significantly nerfed the two-handed whirlwind

I’m playing this now and it’s not enough for me to complain about it, happens every now and then but for most part I can horks a lot
