every time i run battle net settup as admin it will make the noise for the window but the permissions window closes out before it even shows up. ive tried almost everything i could think of. UAC, making a new admin profile, updating pc. nothing is working. any other ideas??

clearly it is your security settings or antivirus software. I would suggest getting better at computer.

its not antivirus smart share is off and so is everything else. lol i have an associates in cybersecurity im not that illiterate buddy

Wouldn't disabling or uninstalling those features be easier?
