I've been grinding Hell the whole day - Andy, Meph, Dia, Baal , TZ and have barely seen any Elite items.

I just did 4 TZed cow runs and the only 2 (yes, you read that right TWO) Elite items that dropped were a magic Legendary Mallet and a White 1os PB. I've been playing roughly 12 hours today and haven't seen any GT, GPA, ST , SA, Corona, Demonhead, AP, Shadow Plate etc.... almost nothing. I've cleared Tzed A1 a couple of times - got zero heralds. Got my first herald on the cows I did a couple of minutes ago, dropped only white items.

I've killed Meph and Andy at least a hundred times and I got almost nothing, not even Exceptional items. I'm barely seeing Charms as well.

At the same time I have 34 Talic Statues and 15 Madawc. I run ~230 mf and play P1 Games.

On top of this every second item is Cracked, Damaged, Crude etc.

Tell me it's RNG and Blizzard have not fucked up sth with the drops again.

Can confirm it’s just rng.

I think the rng is wether you are flagged for no drops or not

found 2 sunders since patch update. heralds certainly are dropping nothing but shards usually, but no issue with finding elite bases, and amount of uniques seems the same as I would expect. not sure why people would be targeted unless they are suspected botters/cheaters.
