can't rly seem to find a detailed answer on this

efrw from skills (such as increase speed on barb) is applied before gear frw right?

like for example:

scenario 1 (applied after gear frw): 100 frw from gear gives 60 efrw, if then increase speed gives 40 efrw after, you'll have 100 efrw in total (which would be same as 300 frw from gear)

scenario 2 (applied before gear frw) increase speed gives 40 efrw (which equals 55 frw), then 100 frw from makes that 155 frw (which is 76 efrw)

i'm assuming its scenario 2, anyone can confirm?

item frw is just converted to efrw using a diminishing returns formula, and all sources of +/- efrw are added together, capped at the minimum amount and applied
doesn't matter what the order is

efrw from items = [(150*frw)/(150+frw)]
skills and slows just add +/- efrw without that diminishing formula

So +100/200/300/400% frw gives +60/85/100/109% efrw
while sorceress blaze just gives 2*slvl efrw, level 54 blaze gives 108% efrw on its own

so let's say my bvc has 40 efrw from increase speed and 125 frw from items, it would have:

(150*125)/(150+125) + 40 = 108 efrw?

that sounds kinda ridiculous

that would be the same speed as 386 frw from gear without any skills

Driving so it’ll be quick…

Skill is efrw

Frw from items has diminishing returns, converted to EFRW before being added to all other bonus/malus sources of efrw
The order doesn’t matter

Say you get 40 efrw from skills
50 efrw converted from items
You get 90 efrw no matter the order

Didnt verify your calcs, but yeah its crazy how effective it is

From the top of my mind, 300frw = 100efrw
But if you have 50 efrw from skills, then to obtain the same total speed, you only need 50 efrw from items, which is 75frw

300frw from items = same speed (100efrw) as 75frw from items + 50efrw from skills

This is why people aim for certain breakpoints of frw (which are more and more distant) around a big maximum of 150frw, cuz above that the diminishing returns hit hard.

But yeah…. You always get the same bonus efrw from gear, no matter if you already have some efrw from skills or not.

pretty cool

was looking into some turbo blaze sorc with a hustle, energy shield, a doom weapon and then a ton of frw

seems like blaze does more than any frw ever will after some point, good to know its better to get 3 fire skills on an amu than a cats eye for example

That’s my fav pvp build :)
Using hustle to reach evade lvl 20
Pairing blaze + max prebuff TS for hybrid dmg cuz blaze is too easy to sorb
