Heralds spawning straight away is way better!

It should of been like that on launch, no idea what the devs were thinking with the old two stage spawn mechanics

Well there was that stash bug on launch.

loot table is significantly worse to a point I don't even want heralds if/when sunders are no longer a priority

I'm unsure if it's still an issue in the year of our Lord 2026. But last year it still was.

" Your items may poof if you store too many complex items in your stash. In D2R, your stash size was increased to 10x10, up from legacy D2's 8x8, but Blizzard did not increase the maximum character file size of 8 kb to accommodate for the larger stash.
This means, if you exceed Blizzard's character file size threshold of 8 kb, most commonly achieved by storing lots of rare and crafted 1-slot items, items will then poof on your character until it's within the 8 kb limit."

I don't actually, I play the game. This makes it harder to finish the chronicle and get those chase items.
If I played jsp, this update wouldn't change anything for me. Just change strategy and adapt lol.

Amen, around 25 heralds yesterday... 2-3 unique loot with 430 mf... On previous It was like one to two Uniques on lvl 5 heralds.

Luckily, one of the uniques was a sunder 😜

instant spawn definitely helps in zones like CS

Do you even need heralds to get sunder anymore? Pretty sure i got one off a rand ghoul lord doing meph runs
