It is very low chance. P1 H Andariel odds seems to be highest
at 1:9000 (350mf)

p8 andy is less than 2x chance

Barb horking council p1 at 800mf is close to 1:12000 per run so this is probably the 'best' considering run speed

I got 4 entropy locket so far and all garbage rolls. You can have my NL 5/5 for free lol unless chronicle
