2x Jah on a helm (Total 10%) or 1x Jah on Helm (5%) and 1x Jah(50life) on Shield?

It depends on other sources of life% and base life and +life.

If you have lvl 50 bo, +50 life will probably be more.
If you have 40x 20life sc's, +10% life will probably be more.
