The certificate used for communication between client and server expired today without being renewed by Blizzard.

Until Blizzard gets around to renewing the certificate, you can force the certificate to be valid again by setting your system time back to a day before today, April 29th. Make sure the game is closed before you change the system time, changing the time won’t work while the game is open.

I was not the person who figured this out, it’s just been passed along the grapevine.

This worked for me. I couldn’t create games until I did this, and then was immediately able to.

If this fix stops working in the future, it’s because they updated the certificate, which means you just need to fix your system time back to normal.
