silly question, but i play ssf (xbox) if it matters. I can still make mosiac, correct, since I'm not ladder, but have access to ladder only RW? I'd like to make a couple in the event that they change mosiac in a way where current weapons are grand-fathered in.
Yes, non-ladder and singleplayer characters can still make mosaic.
Also, I understand wanting to do that, but I absolutely promise you that they will retroactively change all mosaic, even the old ones. But it would be hilarious if they somehow made a mistake and didn't. Then it would be the only build that can only played with items that have no replacement and cannot be made any longer.
