eth Shaftstop was full dura
went to up it, durability showing 27/45 now. I havnt upped an eth item in a while. is this typical? or should the durability been 45/45

It's not a bug, after cubing max durability is set to the new base items statistics then durability is randomized as if item the dropped.

Not a bug. Durability is rerolled with new value from the new base.

yeah, that is correct.

just checked my eth upped arreats. (a5 merc gear)
everyone of them had rando durability after upgrade.
