No, he actually gets slightly less at 95 (49%) (technically 48.97% rounded up)

you can be unpartied and casting static for him or amp or lower res curse depending on if that helps him or not.

You can do this by joining baal game and saying "pp" and people invite you to a party it's actually kinda insane if you think about it.

That’s amazing honestly, I hope one day they put in the ability to join parties automatically. But I doubt it, evil activation blizzard Microsoft would never allow their AI coders to create such a qol feature
