2/20/2 circ w/ mods such as +life, frw, sometimes res or str (usually want one with ChamLo or LoLo)
2/18+ crafted ammy w/ mods such as +life and +str
hoto
enigma
spirit
trang or magefist
arach
craft fcr ring with high +life
bk or wisp depending on matchup
aldur boots
you'll usually want a DR setup with same gear as above except BerBer circ, dungo, a second fcr/life craft ring, and suicide branch
you can also swap the circ in above setup for a good 5nado pelt +life 2os, usually with 2 prubies, suicide branch, 2nd fcr ring
those are the most basic setups that are very good overall
