I swear I see so many 15ias/40ed jewels in bvc helms and I do not understand why
with grief beast we need no ias jewels so is it just for a rare occasion you pull out a different wep than beast? Or if you wanna use SS against javaz? Even then you just need 1 ias in the ss with HL

I see like 15/40 jewels when it seems better to me to have 7fhr/40ed or 9str, or legit anything besides 15ias
