I have a question about my sorc—by far my favorite character for farming in TZ 96. She’s struggling with the Heralds. I play her myself with Infinity, Vipermagi Facet 55, Griffon 24/20, and 2 x Sojs—a typical meta build.

My question: for more damage, should I go with the Mangsong build using the new Facet or Crescent Moon for the -35, and slot the new -10 gem into the Viper Mage’s skin?

Maybe lightning strike but i like the es builds lmk

doesn't get better than what you have right now, sry.

cmoon has comparable damage but you'll rip immediately vs heralds without insight. mang song has no upside at all

That wasn't my point.

If you're nova, then I think you better use bone prison charges from marrowwalks to distract while you spam out of harm's reach. Nova is great at dealing with medium tanky mobs but bad with high health bosses unfortunately.

The best sorc build against the lvl5 heralds is hydra imo, followed by blizz. Lightning is better than nova here too but still requires more exposure than set-and-forget skills.
