hey im looking to finish my chronicles and i wonder in what difficulty is it better to farm for cow king set boots and arcanna amulet ? thanks for info !

hooves = nightmare cows (king is good at dropping set items)
arcana amulet = normal andy

thanks ive tried using the drop calcs but im very bad at it

No worries, I'd just spam nightmare andy and cows til it hits if they are your only two missing pieces.
