My warlock can't seem to equip a thresher even tho I meet all the requirements

You likely have an item equipped in your weapon slot that gives you stats or plus skills (for levitation mastery) and unequipping it would cause you to not have enough stats to wear the new item. Not a bug.

Maybe the item you are Removing has + extra abilities giving you the passive. Check with your weapon off
