Does the hex siphon or any other hex work with blood boil or tained?

The 2 first hex applies to dmg dealt by your weapon

The last hex applies on kills YOU make

So blood boil is kills I make? And tainted is not kills I make?

I guess -enemy fire res does affect blood boil?

But it does not effect damage done by tainted?
