Just if u haven´t tried. it´s basically 5x tooltip dmg with Echo, all missiles get bonus so with boomerang it's 10x.

Next season, sure. This season not worth it.

I have a lvl 50 chantress and barely feel a difference in p8 tbh.
Prbly only difference was in the fraction of a second before amp procs, ghosts take a lot more dmg
