You need 50%+ IAS with java, you could go

2/20 gloves + highlord + eth titan with griffon/IAS+allres jewel

but myself I notice to do way more damage with

2/20 gloves + highlord + trokes + griffon with new -res jewels

and then enigma, spirit, razortail, raven frost, dual leech ring and boots are usually the individuals preference?

is opalvein + horazons boots probably better than ravenfrost and whatever boots people settle on?
