I haven't noticed any of the terror zone changes since the patch from ~12 hours ago. Is it even live?

This line was the one I was most excited about: "Heralds now spawn and hunt players immediately upon killing any monster in a Terror Zone."

Yet heralds seem to be spawning no different than they were. Can anyone confirm that something changed?

It wasn't a patch, they started a PTR server. The base game has no changes to it currently. If you want to try the new things, you need to login to the Public Test Realm.

Insane how many people need DAYS to understand whats going on around them although they try to pay attention. Probably wouldnt ever figure it out if no one told them to the face repeatedly. Crazy.
