What would you do or focus on here? Would love any input since things changed with ROTW.

Bloodfist could be an option to get you to the next Fhr breakpoint and add more life, but this char is fine and won’t have any issues PvM really

If you want more dmg you can always get pally skillers too

What about 2x Sling -5magic and Gheed belt?
You can also swap Paly spirit for Hoz

Its been spider since it came out way back in the day. I think newer players call it Arach

West players call it spider, it seems. Wasn't aware of that.

It's always been called arach on east.
