Depends on who you ask. A barb will tell you an IK one. An sorc will tell you CoH. A necro will tell you a cold one.

for gm melee zeal or zeal vs all?

for gm melee zeal, it's tough to beat a 15 ed sacred armor fortitude... of course other popular options are eth up shaftstop, eth rep 2os rares, eth templar might.

for zeal vs all, it can change a bit... either an enigma w some fcr to tele or a ap fortitude (less focus on defense and more on vita)
