Blood Oath: Damage Transfer stat capped at 50%.

Whats that? They buffed it from 43% to a 50% cap?

Or do they act now as if the displayed amount was correct and this is a nerf? I really dont understand what they did here.

My guess is someone complained loud enough that Blood Oath is too strong and that it got back to them.

They looked at the sheet number and stopped there since no one probably said that hard points are the only thing that work for it.

I'm expecting Blood Oath is going to be the exact same at the start of PTR.

No it cant. You can go to 43%. You just dont know it.

I agree that they thought they were trying to nerf it but were too incompetent that they didn't realize it was capped at 43% and only the hard points mattered. Its sad that the devs only experience in game play is from watching Cooley videos

the dev who released 3.0 patch is not the same one that worked on ptr

neither knows/knew how the dr% actually scaled with hard points or soft points

its very likely they break it again with however they change the skill

my guess is they saw %life increase on demon and turned the multipliers down for each effect the skill gave to address how tanky bind demons are
