Concentration Barb skill


I noticed that it only uses the weapon in the left weapon slot.
I have maxed its synergies and it seems pretty powerful.


Questions

Q1 -It says uninterruptable so that means the attack will always attempt, but it still uses attack rating so that would explain why I still get misses?

Q2 - Does the offhand wep (right slot) attributes count towards concentration attacks?
If I put on a crushing stone hammer, will the -defense per hit and crushing blow affect the concentration strike?
Google AI says that your offhand mods do not work with concentrate.

Q3 - I got the idea to put hoto in offhand from another post earlier to help survivability and gain a little dmg with +3 skills and cast speed for tele. What is your favorite offhands for concentration barb?

so ive tried Hoto and a ber'd stormshield. Survivability is fine either one no real big difference in armor rating without a shield.

Seems like 2 hand is the likely best but cast rate and survivability with hoto seem to add a nice touch.

EDIT
Google AI also said that "on striking" mods do not work as well in the offhand with concentration strike.

im using a eth cb BOTD at the moment in main hand. Phoenix mon would add some ED so I can see why that would be suggested as a nice stat stick.

That -fire res goes to waste though.

IAS is too slow lol painful.


I think the best thing might be fort armor and phoenix shield yeah ill just to make those to try next. That would be a nice double ED boost. Would have to put up with no tele though and merc being stupid.

NOTE:
even with decrep cast from merc, concentration +20 berserk for 20% magic damage. It still takes a hella long time to kill physical immunes. (1 hand Eth CB BOTD+ Hoto offhand) My last attempt to make this build work is to stack ED from the 2 items above.

Note2:
If you go 2hand only, you will need to stack ias out the ass. im not sure i want to try that.

so far testing, Grief pb is the strongest and max ias without any trouble.

offhand spirit cs for the 2 skills and fhr seems to be working nicely

pertaining to phys immunes, killing them much faster now.
