That is generally correct. The main use-case for these is upping damage, health, and AR of demons for full-demon builds. They do benefit blood boil to an extent because they help you get to the 50%DR cap, but they aren't really recommended any further.

So 95% of the PTR changes... STAY lol. Unless a new build they introduce is severely ROFL-Copter broken, thats when they would nerf the PTR patch notes on Final Patch notes. And obviously this current PTR has ZERO new builds added, only nerfs.
But at least the sunder charm drop change and statue changes are good

Wrong. Eldritch blast warlock will become the meta. Also, I want a transgender nonbinary diablo 2 character in a wheelchair next expansion. Diablo 2 needs to be more inclusive.
