if ur too poor for enigma u can just use insight with the class set and lvl 30 enchant

The real bump is for the value of Meph book

All books just went up in value for sure

run conviction. problem solved. It removes almost all of the monsters defense allowing garbage attack rating builds to hit stuff.

you can still bind a Lister/Heph in the wild if it naturally spawned a conviction aura (until blizzard just flat out removes conviction from ALL monsters in the game).
