I said a month ago the free cosmetics were a test run for paid ones, "paid tyrael wings" I believe is the example I used.

There's hundreds of "states" your character can have from being effected by different skills etc, that they could surround your character with and make it look like you're on Open Battle.Net

They will absolutely be adding this. And yes, it's stupid.
