How do i make this work? i bought all the gear 200 fcr but i still cant make it work, is it patched or?

Portal barb only works if you have a 100% perfect ethereal tomb reaver on your merc

if it helps, there are plenty of people offering fg to "craft" runewords for other people that would contribute to their chronicle so they get the big portal reward
