I started playing again a few weeks ago, I dont have the RotW expansion and was surprised when i got to nm and learned i could do terror zones.
anyway, i have found 3 sunder charms so far (one dropped in inner cloister)
aren't sunder's only supposed to drop from a4 and 5 Heralds?

Regular Sunder drops in any terror zone, the new Sunder drops from heralds, if you do not own Rotw then how would Sunder drop from a herald? Terror zones and Sunder were introduced before Rotw
