Anyone familiar with fixing this issue?


Ive 4 accounts, 2 i play all the time, and 2 i just opened up old battle chests and got accounts going.

Neither of theses two accounts I used the cdkeys from can actually play online.

I can create and play offline characters just fine but as soon as i touch online, it says failed to authenticate and I cant play.


The battlenet app doesnt even show me as having d2r, although its in my favorite areaa (scratch head)

Online blizzards website sees my account and verifys that i own both accounts with expacs.

I dont understand this at all and Ive spent most of the night trying to get these two accounts up.

If it's not showing you owning the games on the launcher, but it does on the website, i'd recommend trying to contact Blizzard about it. There's likely some kind of error going on there that only they can resolve.
