The more FPS you have, the faster the load screens are.

Tested it myself after finding the resource that said this works. Turns out to be true.

Disable V-Sync and set fps cap to 0 (infinite)

Also, the game is anti-cheat heavy and will likely cause high ping if you're using a VPN, regardless of how good or close the VPN is to you.

My fps is always 140+ This is just mid game while trying to tp its like playing in a poor ping game but the pings fine. It was good an hour later just random chop and laggy tps
