Anyone know if my bound demon gets the 350% bonus damage if I wear these?

Also, does physical damage reduction work, like if I equip a stormshield, if I have already maxed out blood oath? It would take you over the 50% DR cap.

Blood oath isn't DR iirc, it's redirection to your demon. Could be wrong on that.

Also no on the LoH question, it only modifies your damage.
