Were you trying to target farm early areas?
It needs ilvl 20+
Prior to that you’ll only roll infernal caps

I was targeting the cow King in normal. As he would also give me those low level items I need for chronicle log such as Pike, Cap, Buckler and boots, all that fun stuff.

For me, it's the sanders cap.

I filled in the log by someone getting in terrorized trav during a TZ room.

Down to Tals Ammy, Arcanna Ammy, Griz helm, Griz Shield and Najs Staff.
