I’ve done more then 100 runs and Summoner refuses to drop any Hate keys. Does anyone have same experience?

Go Countess or Nilha
Trade T or D keys for H keys
Boom
Be better than RNG

It is a skill issue, mrllamasc has a video on how to farm keys

Definitely possible if you're accidentally on Norm or NM.

Or just bad RNG. I only got Vex and Jah and 2 unique rings this whole season so far with 250-300+ MF.

I have noticed that keys drop way less frequently this season since the new patch. I am doing probably on average 20 runs before I get a key.

You're lucky. I play 8 hours and my best is Gul Even, I got Lem from Hephasto in Hell.
