Wondering about dropping stormshield and adding beast off hand. But afraid I will rip with the dr and block.


Anyways. Anyone have any good set ups with new gear?

Drop the reapers toll on merc.
While it is not a big bummer when doing trav runs, herald corpse shattering while using a barb that can hork doesnt seem like the best scenario

Pride also has cold damage. Infinity is nice for A2. Otherwise I've been enjoying A5 bash merc with Dreadfang.

Dreadfang doesn't help Zerk Barb since amp does nothing

I tried with my own lvl 90 Barb and even one hit from some heralds took huge life off. Wouldn't risk dropping storm shield

I just ran insight on a2 merc so I could teleport and find heralds faster

I'd say run insight merc and 2 sling rings

only problem is gonna be cursed/thorns heralds, gotta chug lots of rejuvs

A1 faith Fire arrow merc is prob better for heralds. The higher end Heralds just kill any melee merc anyway, especially ones with thorns aura.

Is losing stormshield for beastz offhand crazy? Willi be too squishy?
