In D2 ressurected RotW, is it still possible to reroll the renewed sunder? If so, what is the recipe? I have a renewed lightning sunder

Another question, is it possible to get +1 to all skills on these charms? I may be lost but it seem hard to get the right informations

Sunders can get.

Fhr/frw/all att
Dmg/-res
Life/mana
Mdr/pdr integer style
Mf/gf

It chooses one or the other.

All att might be a replacement for life/mana mod, i havent found many to look at or look into.
