tz p8 96 is just fine
its maybe a little slower or around same speed as echoing strikes when killing normal pvm stuff, then much slower at killing the super tanky tier 5 heralds
there's a bit more ornery mana usage and while it can keep jumping up/down in action it can be punishing if you waste some casts, but it gets away with using insight merc and conviction demon since you don't need to spread amp as much, unless you want one of the nutty CTC-on-struck 2x plague frenzy barbs, but its erm, unreliable. 40% on struck is a lot worse than on striking. And not especially necessary anyway, most monsters get reduced down low.
One thing is that gear for a fire warlock is almost identical to a blood boil warlock, its really just different shield and skill charms and sojs instead of opalveins. You can hit 125 fcr on both and have ars diabolos instead of ars baalos making it a bit easier to hit. But blood boil is just better overall, its so much faster to be able to kill stuff without a cast delay.
